Next you can either use friendorfollow.com to see who you're following that haven't followed you back - and if their tweets haven't been what you were looking for get rid. *WARNING* If you're a twitter pimp who's following 'en masse' in the hope of getting followed back rather than following for the quality of the tweets then friend or follow can be abused for non reciprocatory follower genocide. Eeek!
Now to freshen up your twitter feed - go to mrtweet.net, follow @MrTweet and await your freshly picked, personal tweeter recommendations.
Last of all check out the 'your followers you're not following' MrTweet recommendations. These are likely to be great tweeters to converse with as you're both suited towards each other!
